Border Security Force against Sports Quota - 2017-18 Recruitment 2017

New Application invited  from the citizens of India (Male/Female) to fill up 196 vacancies of Constable (GD) (135 for Male & 61 for Female) against Sports Quota in Border Security Force & other allowances admissible to Central Government Employees from time to time under the rule.

 

Eligibility Conditions : 

Age : 18 to 23 years as on 1st August 2017. Relaxation as per Govt. order.

Education : Matriculation or 10th class pass from a recognized Board/ University

Sports :Sportsperson who have been awarded National Awards in Physical Efficiency under National Physical Efficiency Drive.

  

PHYSICAL STANDARDS : 

The physical standards laid down for the post of Constable (GD) as under:-

i) Height - For Males : 170 Cms- For Females : 157 Cms
ii) Chest - For Males only : 80 Cms (Unexpanded) Min expansion 5 Cms
iii) Weight : For Males and Females. Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.

Selection Process: Physical Standard Test/ Physical Efficiency Test/Medical Examination.

Last Date : 30 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in the Employment News 45 days in the case of candidates belonging to farflung areas of NE region, Ladakh division of J&K, Sikkim, Pangi Sub-division of Chamba district, Lahaul & Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh, A&N Island, Lakshdweep.
