National Brain Research Centre Recruitment 2017

New application  invites National Brain Research Centre for admissions to Ph.D. and M.Sc.(Neuroscience) programmes.NBRC admits students with diverse academic backgrounds that include various branches of Life Sciences,Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics,Medicine,Electrical Engineering,Electronics and Communications Engineering,Computer Science and Information Technology.

Ph.D.Programme: 
candidates can take any of the following qualifying examinations:
I.Joint Graduate Entrance Examination for Biology and Interdisciplinary Life Sciences(JGEEBILS)
II. Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE-2017/GATE-2018),only for selected subjects.
III. Joint Entrance Screening Test(JEST-2018)
IV. Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) examination in selected subjects conducted by CSIR/UGC/DBT/CMR

M.Sc.Programme:
Candidates need to take Joint Graduate Entrance Examination for Biology and Interdisciplinary Life Sciences (JGEEBILS) examination.

Candidates who join the M.Sc.programme will hae option to continue in the Integrated M.Sc.-Ph.D.programme upon fulfilling the required criteria.
