Qualifications and experience :
1. for Individual Monitors
Eminent retired officials with over 15 years experience in the field of Public Health and/orMonitoring and Evaluation of Public Health Programmes

2. for Institutional Monitors

Institutions working in the area of public health and with at least 5 years documented experience of monitoring/evaluation of health programmes. Priority will be given to institutions with Central Government funding.

Remuneration:

*Empanelled Monitors will be provided an honorarium @ Rs.3000/- per day (excluding journey period) + DA @ Rs.500/- day for actual days of visit. Terms and conditions for reimbursement of TA/DA, honorarium to Independent National Monitors (Annexure-I).

*For report writing charges of Rs.5000/- for one District with additional Rs.10000/- for Institutional Monitors per report/district towards managerial cost.
